Please provide as much notice as possible for bookings. Bookings will not be accepted with less than three days notice. We offer a free pick up option from Korora, otherwise we can deliver to your venue. It is a $15 fee to the Coffs area, further locations will be priced on distance. All platters, bowls and equipment used must be returned within the week. Deposits are non refundable but can be transferred to another date or used as credit for another booking. The Platter Effect will not refund orders that are cancelled within 72 hours of the event date as produce has already been purchased.
