5 Fast Facts About Me
1. My name is Markell and I am a massive foodie, luckily so is my husband and when we are not talking about it, planning it, cooking it, we are eating it.
2. I have a Bachelor of Design in Graphics and have spent most of my career working in magazines.
3. I lived in London for 2 years and got to travel the world. I have lots of favourite places, but a stand out was definitely the Greek Islands.
4. I have two extremely active boys, Oakly 13 and Armi 10.
5. My favourite food is seafood, accompanied by a good strong Caprioska.
Terms & Conditions
Please provide as much notice as possible for bookings. Bookings will not be accepted with less than three days notice. We offer a free pick up option from Korora, otherwise we can deliver to your venue. It is a $20 fee to the Coffs area, further locations will be priced on distance. All platters, bowls and equipment used must be returned within the week. Deposits are non refundable but can be transferred to another date or used as credit for another booking. The Platter Effect will not refund orders that are cancelled within 72 hours of the event date as produce has already been purchased.
